FAQ

The questions we get asked most often

Brands and creators don't have the same questions. Here, from both sides, are clear answers about how we work.

For brands and companies

Creator selection, budget, timelines and measuring results.

What is an Afro-Caribbean influencer agency?+

It's an agency that connects brands with content creators from Afro and Caribbean communities. At Keynecte, we work with creators whose audience is genuinely rooted in these communities, in the Caribbean, Africa and Europe, so the message feels legitimate rather than purely decorative.

How do you choose creators for a campaign?+

We start from your objective and your target audience, not from a ready-made list of profiles. We look at the actual makeup of the community, engagement rate, tone, past collaborations and alignment with your values. We then present you with a short, well-argued shortlist.

How much does an influencer campaign with Keynecte cost?+

The budget depends on the number of creators, the format (post, story, video, UGC, event), usage rights and duration. We build a tailored proposal after an initial conversation, with a clear budget and no hidden fees.

What are the timelines for launching a campaign?+

Generally allow two to four weeks between the first conversation and publication: scoping, creator selection, negotiation and contracting, content approval. Simpler activations can move faster.

How do you measure results?+

We define the metrics before launch: reach, engagement, clicks, sign-ups or sales depending on the objective. You receive a campaign report with the actual figures and an analysis of what worked or didn't.

Do you work with small brands?+

Yes. We support both established brands and younger businesses. The format of the collaboration adapts to the budget: a targeted activation with a few creators can already have a real impact.

For creators

Compensation, contracts, exclusivity and rights to your content.

How can I join Keynecte as a creator?+

Write to us via the contact form, introducing your world, your platforms and the type of collaborations that interest you. We read every message and get back to you within 48 hours.

Do I need a minimum number of followers?+

No. We look at the quality of the relationship with your community before follower count. Smaller but highly engaged accounts are often the most interesting for a brand.

How am I paid?+

Every collaboration comes with compensation negotiated upfront and set out in a contract: amount, deliverables, payment timelines and content usage rights. We never offer partnerships in exchange for product only, without your explicit agreement.

Do I have to sign an exclusivity agreement?+

No, exclusivity is not the rule. It only exists if a brand requests it for a specific period and sector, and in that case it is financially compensated and clearly defined in the contract.

Can I turn down a collaboration?+

Yes, always. We propose brands, you decide. A collaboration that doesn't match your values or your editorial line isn't of interest to you or to the brand.

Who keeps the rights to my content?+

You remain the author of your content. The usage rights granted to the brand (duration, media, territories) are defined in the contract and paid for accordingly.
